In celebration of the month of love, ÉPURE has partnered with the iconic Parisian perfume brand Lanvin Parfums to design an exclusive tasting experience inspired by the elegant scents of Éclat de Fleurs and Éclat D’Arpège Pour Homme.The très chic collaboration inspired Chef Nicolas Boutin to create a six-course (HKD1314) or eight-course (HKD1588) menu featuring flavours of comice pears, jasmine and rose – key ingredients in the signature Éclat de Fleurs fragrance for her. Available from 10 to 14 February, the menu, called St Va’Lanvin, will also include special gifts from Lanvin Parfums and Pastry Chef Mathieu Godard for ladies celebrating Valentine’s Day to take home.Also on 14 February, a St Va’Lanvin brunch menu will be available for those getting a head start to celebrating the holiday. At HKD520, the menu is a four-course variation of the six- and eight-course options Chef Nicolas has designed for dinner.ÉPURE’s collaboration with Lanvin extends through the whole month of February with a month-long tasting menu inspired by Éclat D’Arpège Pour Homme featuring dishes made from the finest ingredients of France.ÉPURE is now taking reservations for the Valentine’s Day weekend.Go back to the e-newsletterlast_img
